PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mr. Branton is President and Founder of Cornerstone Surveying & Engineering, Inc. and serves as quality control supervisor and operations officer for all surveying and engineering related activities. Mr. Branton’s responsibility is to promote the client/consultant team interface in order to produce the highest quality product at reasonable costs.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Branton has 20 years of specialized surveying and engineering experience in large-scale mapping and control surveys. He has experience in performing third order conventional horizontal and vertical control surveys by conventional means of surveying. Mr. Branton has also performed First, Second and Third order control surveys by means of Global Positioning System (GPS) equipment. Mr. Branton has been involved in many mapping projects where he successfully coordinated the efforts of the various disciplines needed to produce a final product, including large scale photo identification control surveys. In addition to his mapping experience he has successfully performed boundary, topographic, ALTA/ACSM, and subdivision surveys. Mr. Branton has served as Project Manager and Construction Engineer for many different types of State and Federally funded projects, including both grants and loans from the State Revolving Fund, Community Block Grants, Farmers Home Administration, and commercial institutions. Mr. Branton has served as the Secretary/Treasurer, Vice President and two terms as President-Elect, President, Immediate Past-President of the South Carolina Society of Professional Land Surveyors ( www.scspls.com ). He was recognized by the Surveying Society as the 1997 SC Surveyor of the Year. Mr. Branton has served on the Board of Directors for Fellowship of Companies for Christ ( www.fcci.org ) Piedmont Region. He he is a founding board member and currently serves as the Secretary of the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of SC ( www.aiccsc.org ). Mr Branton is the Chairman of the Board of Awana Clubs International ( www.awana.org) headquartered in Chicago Illinois. He is an active member of American Congress of Surveying & Mapping (ACSM), National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS), and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE)

PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mr. Wilson is a Surveying & GPS Manager for Cornerstone Surveying & Engineering, Inc. and is responsible for surveys. His duty is to properly plan and implement field and office operations in this arena. He serves as project manager of conventional surveying projects mapping and survey grade GPS and conventional control projects.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Wilson has 22 years of experience in all facets of Land Surveying, inclusive of field work, research, computations, drafting, project management, and administration and procurement of projects. He has experience in construction staking, boundary surveys, topographic mapping, control levels, real time kinematic and static GPS surveying and computations, and existing conditions surveys, in addition to horizontal and vertical control for aerial mapping projects. Mr. Wilson has been the project manager on several successful large-scale mapping and subdivision projects, and he has surveyed and mapped 55-plus communication tower sites, involving most of the aforementioned surveying disciplines. Mr. Wilson also has served as Project Manager for several SCDOT related road widening projects (Trolley Road, S-18-199, and Ladson Road, S-18-230), an interstate cross-section survey (18 mile section of I-26 under litigation in 1999), and the current Cooper River bridge replacement project.
Mr. Wilson is involved in a partnership with local attorneys as an instructor and author in surveying and boundary law. He has earned several awards in both the annual South Carolina and the National Surveying Plat Competitions, and was honored to serve as a state judge for the 1998 South Carolina Surveying Plat contest.

Mr. Taylor is responsible for Field work, design calculations and CAD drafting. Under the direction of the Senior Project Manager, he will prepare the plats, maps, permit applications, and other documents. Upon successful project completion, Mr. Taylor will certify the end product with his professional license.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Taylor has 16 years of surveying and engineering experience in various types of development and utility projects. He has experience with AutoCAD, Eagle Point, Land Development Desktop, Microstation J, Arc View, WaterCAD and Kentucky Pipe modeling programs. He has been involved in many surveying projects where he successfully teamed with the various disciplines needed to produce a final product. Mr. Taylor has served as the Project Technician and Construction Inspector for various projects funded by Farmers Home Administration and other agencies. His construction oversight includes water, sewer, storm drainage, building construction, and renovation. He has been involved in the permit application process for OCRM, SCDHEC, COE, SCDOT, Railroads, USDA, US Forest Service and various local agencies. In addition to his engineering experience, he has successfully performed boundary, topographic, ALTA/ACSM, and subdivision surveys. He has earned awards at the State and National Plat Competitions.
Mr. Taylor’s broad engineering, architectural and surveying experience makes him an ideal interface between the field surveyor and designer.
